Professional Trust Accounting
Mission Village Realty utilizes automated processes to manage our client properties to guarantee accurate and timely reports for owners. Tenants submit monies directly to Mission Village Realty on a monthly basis. Owners receive detailed financial accounting each month outlining all income and expenses for their property. Proceed checks are distributed monthly and owners receive a 1099 form at year-end for tax reporting purposes. Additional reports are available at the owner's request. Mission Village Realty works with the owner's accountants to provide the required information for tax reporting purposes.
Affordable Management Fees
Monthly Management Fee = 8% of total monthly rent
Setup Fee = ½ of one month's rent
Owners pay for all advertising and repairs.

Mission Village Realty uses local property maintenance professionals to make any needed repairs to client properties. We only use licensed tradesmen with superior quality and exceptional service.
